Lost Sheep Kabbalah meditation

1. **Preparation:** Find a quiet space and sit comfortably. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center yourself.

2. **Ein Sof Visualization (Inhale):** Inhale slowly for a count of 8, visualizing the limitless Ein Sof, the source of all creation. Feel its love and potential embracing you.

3. **Sefirot (Hold):** Hold your breath for a count of 4. Imagine the ten Sefirot emanating from Ein Sof, like channels of divine light.

4. **Lost Sheep (Exhale):** Exhale slowly for a count of 6. As you exhale, envision yourself as the lost sheep, disconnected from the divine due to an imbalance between Chesed (loving-kindness) and Gevurah (strength/judgment).

5. **The Search (Inhale):** Inhale for a count of 8. Feel the shepherd's (your inner wisdom's) love (Chesed) motivating the search to bring you back.

6. **The Return (Hold):** Hold for a count of 4. Imagine the joy (Gevurah tempered by Chesed) of being found.

7. **Reintegration (Exhale):** Exhale for a count of 6. Feel the warmth of being carried back to the fold, reconnecting with Ein Sof.

8. **Celebration (Repeat):** Repeat steps 2-7 a few times, focusing on the joy of wholeness and the interconnectedness of all creation.

Throughout, be mindful of your breath as a bridge between your physical and spiritual selves.

This meditation can help you find balance, self-compassion, and reconnect with your divine essence.
