Ingredients:
2000 g of beef bones
30 g (2 tablespoons) of apple cider vinegar
150 g (1 large) onion, chopped
122 g (2 medium) carrots, chopped
80 g (2 stalks) celery, chopped
12 g (4 cloves) of garlic, minced
3 g (1 teaspoon) of turmeric
2 g (1 teaspoon) of ginger
2 g (1 tablespoon) of dried parsley
2 g (1 tablespoon) of dried oregano
1 g (2 bay leaves)
Salt and pepper to taste
4000 g (4 liters) of water
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Place the beef bones on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.
Transfer the roasted bones to a large pot. Add the apple cider vinegar and enough water to cover the bones. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic to the pot. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low, add the turmeric, ginger, parsley, oregano, bay leaves, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer for 24-48 hours. The longer it simmers, the more nutrients are extracted from the bones.
Strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve into a large container. Let the broth cool to room temperature.
Once cooled, the broth can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or frozen for future use.
Enjoy this nourishing and detoxifying beef bone broth! Remember, it’s always best to use organic ingredients when possible for the most health benefits. Please consult with a healthcare professional before starting any detox plan. Enjoy! 😊
